Oldie but Goldie

One of my first design-projects at all. Back in the mid-nineties me and friends of mine – as young design students on one hand and being experimental musicians on the other hand,  decided to set up a band. Two years later we brought out our debut-album on cd.

I created the Logotype «CC» for us «Crop Circles» in a way inspired by the CC of Coco Chanel. Working out the album cover was a enduring process in which we finally decided to go for a hand-made solution. We let about 500 covers printed and embossed on a hemp cardboard and then stuck together the sleeves by hand ourselves.
